Answer: Mysore, India.
I arrived back in India, late at night on the 18th, after two long days that included travel on a boat, bus, train and airplane. I made a short stop in Bangkok, and again caught up with Hana, a yoga buddy! We indulged in massages and a sinful chocolate cake, both of which made the remaining journey much more bearable.
What comes next?
This is the point where the plans deviate, and the real adventure begins.
I keep telling myself, there is no such thing as failure and this adventure has already been a success. I have learned more about myself and the world in the past 4 months that I can even begin to quantify and describe. The truth is, while I am excited for what the next few months hold, this is mixed with some anxiety, since I am a planner at heart, living unplanned is taking some getting used to. Right now, my goal is to focus on one day and one week at a time. Those questions that many of you have: When are you coming back? What will you do? Where else are you going? Well, I am still figuring out those answers myself.
While my plans are forming, I have a few exciting things on the horizon. February, I begin another month of yoga, where I will continue to build my practice and see where that takes me. I am also exploring a few different teaching options, because I really miss working with children, its maybe the one thing I miss the most. In March my whole family (Mom, Dad and Brother!) come to India! I have a few travel ideas for that month, mostly domestic. Beyond that, the list of places I want to go keeps growing and the plan changes on a daily basis.
If you are in India, I will be in Mysore until at least the end of April, so feel free to make plans, I am here for 3 more months! Then, who knows?
